Tanis Pready, BCPA Registered Paralegal

Paul has been practicing law since being called to the bar in 2012,

after receiving his Juris Doctorate from the University of Saskatchewan in 2011.

He is a courtroom lawyer who deals with all aspects of civil litigation, and criminal defence, as well as preparing wills, and property transactions.

When he’s not in the office, Paul is very engaged with his community and is on the boards of ASK Wellness Society and an active member of the Rotary Club of Penticton. He’s an active thespian through his participation with Many Hats Theatre Company and is an avid long-distance cyclist and skier.

Tanis Pready, BCPA Registered Paralegal

Tanis has 38 years of litigation experience which includes 11 years with the Law Society of British Columbia in malpractice claims. She is a skilled legal researcher and investigator with extensive personal injury knowledge specializing in analyzing complex fact patterns. As a member of the British Columbia Paralegal Association, Tanis regularly attends Continuing Legal Education sessions to keep abreast of current legal trends. Tanis enjoys hiking in the local trails, swimming, cycling, and entertaining family, friends and her grandson.
